This phase includes initial consultation, where we arrange an appointment to meet up with you and discuss your building proposal. From here, we provide you with an initial concept, taking into account your local council's development control plan or alternative NSW Housing Code. Once concepts are refined and designs finalised, we then proceed to provide and collate all documents required for D.A or C.D.C. lodgement. We ensure a straightforward process.
Once our application has been approved by Council or principle authority, we then provide you with : -
1 - A building tender ( quotation for construction )
2 - A complete and detailed scope of works
3 - A list of internal and external finishes
Once our building contract has been agreed to, we commence construction promptly. Throughout the building process we send you fortnightly reports and photos of ongoing construction progress.
